MEBA's expertise and proven track record of readiness, safety, and loyalty in answering America's call to action are unrivaled in the world. KO Distilling was co-founded by college classmates and long-time friends Bill Karlson and John O’Mara in 2013. They are both Kings Point graduates and their Battle Standard 142 Navy Strength Gin is a homage to the 142 Cadets & Midshipmen from the United States Merchant Marine Academy who lost their lives during WWII serving on Liberty Ships. The Barrel Finished and Navy Strength gin bottles feature the SS JOHN W. BROWN on the label. The Standard Strength gin features the JEREMIAH O'BRIEN on the label. Their craft distillery in Manassas, Virginia hosts guided tours and tastings as well as special dinners with spirit pairings. You can find out where to buy your own bottle here.
